We make every effort to ensure that the Website is running efficiently and smoothly, however we take no responsibility and will not be liable for the Website being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
Use of the Website is limited to obtaining insurance quotes, obtaining other information relating to the price of insurance cover and conducting insurance related transactions or queries, in respect of insurance cover for you or members of your immediate family, with their prior consent.

Promotional offers are available exclusively to customers purchasing a new Pet Circle Insurance policy for a pet not previously covered by Pet Circle Insurance. Any renewal offers of insurance are not eligible for this promotion.

The discount applies to the insurance portion of the premium only, before government charges, taxes, and fees. Instalment processing fees are not discounted.

The offer is only available when purchasing through Pet Circle Insurance’s website or call centre. The offer is not available when purchasing through a third-party aggregator.

To qualify, customers must use a valid promotion code during the purchase of Pet Circle Insurance. The discounted premium will be presented in the quote.

The offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time by notice at www.petcircleinsurance.com.au

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in New South Wales.

We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in your state or  country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.
